Records Division is primarily responsible for the maintenance of Case Records, Pistol Permits, and assisting public with report requests. The division serves an important public function, providing copies of accident/case reports, pistol permits and background checks as requested. Your request for obtaining Records will be processed in the order in which it was received and will respond by email advising the request or of the availability and associated fee. Reports are generally available within 5-7 of the officer’s working days. Additionally, you may request copies of reports by mail if fee is included with said request.
Copies of police record reports may be picked up in person from Record Officer during operation hours. Accident reports can be picked up without prior notification, whereas incident and/or arrest reports may take longer to process and require prior written notification.
